Shipping information

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands using PostNL.

︎ Please allow ± 1 week for shipping.

Each order will be shipped with a tracking code. The tracking code will be included in the shipping confirmation e-mail that you will receive when your order is shipped.

It can take up to 24 hours before your order can be tracked online.

You will be charged a flat rate shipping for each order. This means that you can add as many products to the cart as you like and the shipping rate will stay the same.

Please make sure you enter the correct address and shipping option at checkout.

Europe – Flat Rate Shipping

Rest of the World – Flat Rate Shipping

Estimated delivery time 5-14 days

Taxes & Import duties

Orders and shipping costs for EU countries include 21% VAT. This is specified on the order confirmation.

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping costs.

We’re not responsible for any of these costs and/or fees.

Returns & Exchanges

If, for any reason, your order is not everything you had hoped for please contact info@timboelaars.com

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
